Dutch Henry Winery is one of Napa’s treasures. In Northern Napa country located close to Calistoga the property is perfectly placed within the valley. Operating with 28 years of practical experience, the Scott Chafen family owns and runs the Dutch Henry Winery. The company maintains a California Organically Certified Farm designation for its Syrah vineyard, as well as the olive orchards and vegetable gardens they operate. The Chafens have produced the Dutch Henery Winery label since 1992. Aficionados may visit the Calistoga, California location to experience affordable wine tasting; reservations are recommended, and tasting sessions include a six-wine assortment for only $15 per person, with a sampling of both olive oil and Zinfandel vinegar. Dutch Henry wine is aged on-site, in a 4,500-square-foot, man-made cave; the company also produces some of its own energy using sustainable solar energy.
